How Southstone Construction handles the details you send us.
Who we are
This website is run by South Stone Construction Contractors Ltd, company number 16224135, trading as Southstone Construction. You can reach us at info@southstone-construction.co.uk or on 07448 243 928.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive your name and email address, and anything else you choose to give us: a phone number, a postcode, the kind of work and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you give us then.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Who else handles it
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, which passes your enquiry on to our email. Formspree is based in the United States; its privacy policy explains how it protects data sent from the UK. This website is hosted by Netlify.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us and we will reply. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
